For owner-led businesses

Fix the work that holds growth back.

When decisions stall, handoffs break, or the owner becomes the fallback, Clear Levers finds the costly point of friction and builds one measured improvement. You get experienced technology and AI judgment, scoped to the size and reality of your business.

Built here. Accountable here. One clear next move.

Does this sound familiar?

The business is growing, but the work is getting harder.

The biggest constraint is often hiding in a handoff, workaround, or decision only one person knows how to make.

01Important opportunities stall because no one owns the next step.
02People copy the same information between tools.
03You cannot step away without work slowing down.
04You have reports, but not a clear next decision.

What this can look like

Practical AI that moves work forward.

A request lands. A document arrives. A number changes. Clear Levers connects the next step, the right person, and the tools you already use.

Inquiry to owner

Stop losing the next step.

Today: Requests arrive across forms, email, and phone. Someone must remember to route and follow up.

The lever: Capture the inquiry, identify missing details, assign an owner, and draft a response for review. Track whether a conversation was actually booked.

Documents to decision

Make exceptions visible early.

Today: Staff chase incomplete documents and discover problems at the approval deadline.

The lever: Check for missing items, surface exceptions in a review queue, and keep final approval with the person who owns the decision.

Weekly operating pulse

Turn reporting into action.

Today: Numbers live in separate tools, and the owner assembles the story by hand.

The lever: Bring the signals together, flag what changed, name an action owner, and review whether the action improved the baseline.

The first useful outcome

One clear priority. A plan your team can use.

We start with the people, handoffs, exceptions, and numbers behind one costly workflow. If there is a credible opportunity, we define a focused pilot before proposing a broader build.

  • The real bottleneck
  • What it is costing you
  • A focused pilot with clear boundaries
  • A baseline and a way to measure change

About Clear Levers.
Atlanta, Georgia.

Based in Atlanta, Georgia, Clear Levers brings 20+ years of technology and data leadership, practical AI experience, and more than two decades of life and work in the United States. Our leadership background spans cloud and platform modernization, product delivery, and regulated data, identity, fraud, and risk systems where reliability matters.

That experience belongs in smaller businesses, too. We bring architecture judgment, delivery discipline, and a clear owner for the work, scoped to your budget. We are proud to help American businesses build strength in the communities they serve.

How it works

From the first conversation to a working change.

Start with a conversation about the work. Agree on scope, cost, access, and success measures before implementation begins.

01

Check the fit

Send a short note. If the problem is a fit, we arrange a conversation with the person who owns the workflow and the decision.

02

Map and scope

Walk through the current process, exceptions, baseline, and business cost. Agree on a focused pilot and its success measure before work begins.

03

Build and verify

Implement the approved change with the right mix of process, integration, and AI. Test real cases and keep people in control of consequential decisions.

04

Hand off and improve

Review the result against the baseline, document how the team operates it, then decide together whether to expand, revise, or stop.

For operators and partners

Know a recurring problem in your market?

Clear Levers can bring workflow diagnosis, technical ownership, and delivery leadership. You bring customer access and market truth. We start with one real customer problem before discussing anything bigger.

Best fit: a recurring workflow, a measurable cost, and an owner ready to examine the real process.

A few practical answers.

What does the first conversation involve?

Walk a Clear Levers team member through one recurring problem: where it starts, where it stalls, and what it costs in time, errors, or missed opportunities. We decide whether a focused working session makes sense and agree on the next step.

Will we have to change our tools?

We start with the tools your team already uses. Any new software, AI provider, system access, or data movement is reviewed with you as part of the scope. People retain approval over consequential decisions.

How are cost and timing agreed?

The workflow, integrations, and exceptions determine the effort. You receive a written scope with deliverables, fees, timing, and success measures to approve before work starts. Software charges and ongoing support are identified separately.

What happens after the build?

Your team receives an operating guide covering the workflow, ownership, exception handling, and how to pause it. We agree on support and monitoring responsibilities so the handoff has a named owner.

Bring the bottleneck. Let’s find your next move.

Tell us about your business and one recurring workflow that deserves attention. No sensitive customer data or system access is needed at this stage.

Good fit: A recurring problem, a decision-maker willing to examine the real work, and a result we can measure.

Your inquiry goes to hello@clearlevers.com. A Clear Levers team member reviews it and replies by email to arrange the next conversation.

A few plain-language sentences are enough. Please leave out confidential or personal customer information.

How we handle your inquiry

We use the details you submit to assess your request and respond by email. The form sends them through Google Workspace to the Clear Levers mailbox; Cloudflare Turnstile helps prevent automated abuse. We keep short-lived, keyed submission counters to limit repeated requests, not a separate database of inquiry content, and do not add you to a mailing list. To ask about your inquiry or request removal from our mailbox, contact hello@clearlevers.com.
